WatMachinery ZMB1530 6kW Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

The WatMachinery ZMB1530 6kW is a heavy-duty fiber laser cutting machine from the ZMB series, developed for fast, accurate, and reliable sheet metal processing. This version is equipped witha Raycus 6kW fiber laser source and a 3000 x 1500 mm cutting area, making it a strong solution for workshops and industrial production lines working with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and other metals.

The machine features a Raytools BS06K cutting head with auto focus, Delta / INOVANCE servo drives, Taiwan rack transmission, HIWIN / DTX guide rails, French Motovario gearbox, and a Cypcut control system. The structure includes a heavy-duty machine frame, enclosed protective housing, automatic lubrication, industrial control cabinet, exhaust smoke system, and industrial PC. These components are selected to provide high positioning accuracy, stable transmission, and long-term operating reliability.

The ZMB1530 is built for continuous industrial use, with 24-hour working mode, 80 m/min travel speed on X and Y axes, and 0.8G maximum acceleration. The control system supports multiple file types, remote operation, and real-time alarms and protection functions. The water cooling system ensures stable operation of the laser source and protects the machine during long production cycles.

According to the material examples and cutting chart shown in the brochure, the machine is suitable for processing carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass.
