INTERMAC Master 45

For sale: Intermac Master 45 glass/stone processing machine, the largest unit ever produced.
Machine manufactured in 2005. Approximately 8,000 operating hours (including only about 100 hours of stone processing). The company is selling the machine due to a change of location and modernization of the machinery park.
The machine is in very good condition: protected against corrosion and after a comprehensive overhaul – most hoses and lines replaced, leaks sealed, filters replaced, coolant and lubrication replaced, axis brakes replaced, door wheel bearings replaced, control unit fuse replaced, air hose replaced, vacuum pump suction hose replaced, vacuum pump return hose replaced, technical water pump hoses replaced, clean water hoses and filter replaced; professional cleaning of the radiator performed, lubrication system cleaned, and coolant and lubricant refilled.
The machine is fully operational and ready for immediate use. To verify the machine geometry, professional geodetic measurements were carried out (laser scanning, photogrammetry).

Throughout its entire service life, the machine was kept in dry and heated conditions in a large industrial hall.
Transport and disassembly are the buyer’s responsibility. If required, we can provide disassembly services upon prior arrangement.

Additionally, it is possible to purchase a Renner 15 kW compressor with a 500-liter pressure buffer tank.
