It consists of four different components connected in an automatic line
1. Automatic bar stock magazine
- steel body with 6 greapers moved by belts, driven by electric motors
- max. capasity 8-10 profiles (depends of its widht)
- equipped with a bar presence detection device

- special centering device which allows the blade center of rotation to be positioned in the center of the profile section, so that wedge cuts can also be made automatically
- equipped with a special evacuation system for waste and cutting chips
- fully enclosed with front door for free access to the cutting area for calibration, cleaning and maintenance purposes
- pneumatic pistol for blowing chip
