FRAME AND TABLES
The machine features a rigid, electro-welded fixed-bed frame manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel.
It is stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
Designed and calculated using finite element analysis software.
Mechanically traversable slotted table of 1200 x 800 mm with a 1,200 mm stroke, equipped with a worm gear reducer and 0.5 HP electric brake motor.
Central table bore of 250 mm diameter, maximum depth 550 mm.
Lifting capacity of the table for movement: 4 tons.
Travel speed: 30 mm/sec.
Interior front width: 1250 mm (clearance between uprights).
Working height: 600 mm.

2 HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS of 75 tons each (150 tons total), with 1,200 mm stroke, joined by a plate with a central bore of 250 mm.

1 central cylinder of 100 tons with a 1,200 mm stroke.
Designed for abstraction clamp adaptation; rod end threaded to M35.150 x 40 mm length.

Minimum useful height at root of rod thread: 400 mm.

HYDRAULIC UNIT
Hydraulic unit with two speeds, 5.5 HP “Siemens Motor,” with automatic disconnection of fast speed and independent speed settings. Maximum pressure 250 bar.
Pressure regulation system via proportional valves.
Air-oil cooler.
Temperature sensor.
Hydraulic unit located on the right side.

Fitted with a SIEMENS PLC (SIMATIC S7 1200 model) and a 12” HMI touch screen (MTP model) with 99 memory slots, enabling adjustment of pre-pressing, pressing, calibrating powers, and cylinder stroke and dwell times during processes.
Electrical and hydraulic operations are redundant and self-monitoring. Includes additional safety block and self-checking safety devices. Verification and certification of correct operation and safety distance for photocells included.
Operation controlled by low-voltage, two-handed electric actuator.
All installed electrical components (relays, contactors, main motor, etc.) are Siemens.
