The AMADA ASTRO 50Y is a fully automated robotic bending system designed for sheet metal production. It automatically loads, positions, bends, rotates and unloads sheet metal components using an industrial robot combined with an AMADA CNC press brake.

What can this automation do ? Automatic loading: Picks up sheet metal blanks from a loading station.

Automatic bending: Positions and manipulates sheets during the bending process.

Multiple bends: Automatically repositions components for complex bending sequences.

Automatic unloading: Places finished components in an unloading station.
Unmanned production: Suitable for repetitive production and medium-to-large batches.
