Application
This foulard-dryer combination has proven to be highly effective in practice. It is used in this configuration for various treatment processes with hot air, such as drying, fixing, condensing, thermosolling, etc. This system is deployed wherever a certain sample size is already required, for example, for producing sample collections or similar purposes.

THN Dryer
If all the above-mentioned applications need to be ensured and the use of a pin frame is desired in standalone dryer operation, the THN model is recommended. The standard pin frames are suitable for a maximum sample size of 50 x 50 cm (larger pin frames available on request).

If all the previously mentioned applications are to be covered and the use of pin frames is required for individual dryer operation, the THN model should be chosen. The standard pin frames are suitable for a maximum sample size of 50 x 50 cm (larger pin frames upon request). Options include lengthwise adjustable frames for woven fabrics or length- and width-adjustable holders for knitted fabrics, nonwovens, etc., as well as clamping frames for films and paper.

Drying Chamber

The drying chamber, complete with electrical control box and control panel, is mounted on a base frame and assembled into a single unit.

Effective thermal insulation of the dryer is ensured by double-walled construction with internal insulation.

The nozzle field, 1300 mm long, is divided into upper and lower nozzle sections. Using a control damper, even ventilation (top/bottom), or more air from the top or bottom, can be set as needed.

Fan and Heating

Intensive air circulation is achieved through a powerful fan (capacity approx. 900-3500 m3/h) combined with precisely matched heating performance, resulting in optimal evaporation capacity.

A dual safety monitoring system reduces maintenance requirements and increases operational reliability of the dryer.

The heating capacity is designed for rapid heat-up and is automatically reduced after reaching the desired temperature to avoid unnecessary power peaks.

Temperature control is managed by an electronic measuring and control device, adjustable within the range of 20-250°C.

Fresh air is supplied directly to the recirculating fan via an additional fan. The required amount of fresh air can be set using a multi-stage switch.
