D500 Planing Machine is used for the initial preparation of a wooden element by precisely levelling its surface. D500 planing machine was developed with the most demanding customers in mind. Though considerable in size, the machine features a stable body and state-of-the-art design, a characteristic attribute of MADORA's products. One of the most important parameters of the D500 is the length of its tables — 2,950 mm — which allows it to precisely machine even very long workpieces. The MADORA D500 is an ideal choice for both small carpentry workshops and very large plants.
Thanks to the use of a transmission together with an adjustment knob, controlling the thickness of the planed layer is much easier and smoother.
An adjustable planer shaft guard ensures the highest level of user safety while maintaining comfort during machine operation.
Thanks to the output table's easy adjustment system, the operator can seamlessly position the table to make concave and convex surfaces.
