Opis
The Reitz KXE 250-050030-00 is an industrial centrifugal fan designed to generate a high total-pressure rise in process installations. The assembly comprises a volute fan casing, an impeller mounted on a separately supported shaft, a coupled electric motor and a common steel base frame with vibration-isolating mounts. The KXE construction is suitable for moving air and process gases in systems requiring high flow rates and pressure. This unit was manufactured in 2020 for a rated volume flow of 500 m³/min and a total-pressure rise of 2500 daPa. At its operating point, it delivers 602.4 m³/min at 1862 daPa and 3033 rpm. The shaft is supported by two 6318 bearings lubricated with Shell Gadus S2 V100 2 grease.
