Loma IQ3+ Pipeline 2 Metal Detector
The Loma IQ3+ Pipeline 2 metal detector is specifically designed for the inspection of pumped food products during industrial food and non-food processing. It is suitable for inspecting meat, fish, poultry, liquids, pastes, slurries, high-viscosity products, and vacuum-packed products.
The system detects both ferrous and non-ferrous metal contaminants. It has been specially developed for the inspection of vacuum-packed meat and sausage products and can be fully integrated into existing processing lines.
The metal detector is mounted on a mobile, height-adjustable stainless steel frame, allowing easy integration with virtually any vacuum filler. When a metal contaminant is detected, the product flow is automatically stopped, enabling the contaminated product to be safely removed from the system.
The unit can be integrated with vacuum fillers from leading manufacturers, including Handtmann, Frey, Vemag, Risco, and Düker Rex. The entire machine is constructed from high-quality stainless steel.
