OPERATING HEADS
n° 3 left / central / right independent operating heads controlled by CN.
- Left and right heads:
1+1 cutting/drilling units. Automatic/pneumatic inclination of saw blades/drills groups from touch screen.
- Central head:

2 counter- rotating horizontal electro-spindle for milling;

1 milling, mortising electro-spindle. Special sleeve to carry out slots on the lower side.
Vertical unit:
1 vertical electro-spindle for milling;
1 vertical electro-spindle, dedicated to drill the seats for metallic clips.
1 vertical electro-spindle with special drilling head, 5 drills at 90°
* LOCKING BENCHES
Special benches for completely assembled door jamb loading. Pieces’ holding bench divided into 4 elements adjustable on guides with balls rail system, automatic locking/unlocking and position made by central head (CNC control).
PROTECTION
Perimetrical protection cabin. According to CE safety prescriptions.
Working shavings evacuation belt.
CONTROL UNIT
SOFTWARE NC CAM SUITE composed by: CAD/CAM TPAED132 – three-dimensional read-out of the piece with programmed workings operations. Complete with movements optimiser and dedicated post processor.
Multitasking: the control unit can independently control the 3 heads on the 3 axes in order to have
different workings operations at the same time (equal or different)
Remote console for the machine testing and set-up by the operator
